FINE & COUNTRY LAUNCH IN LINCOLNSHIRE

The Negotiator

Fine & Country imageFine & Country Lincoln launched its new office on 8th September and David Lindley, CEO of Fine & Country cut the ribbon on the day.

The Lincoln office will still specialise in the sale of country and village homes, now covering a vast area of the county, from Colsterworth up to the area north of Lincoln, and east of the A1 at Newark right to the coast.

The office is in Navenby, a bustling village in between Grantham and Lincoln.

The new office, a ‘stand alone’ Fine & Country, is owned by Matthew Brouwer MRICS, Chartered Surveyor, who says, “After a successful few years in business, we have incorporated the existing Grantham office into Lincoln giving us a county-wide position.

“We feel that moving to a strategically located office in the heart of the county will increase visibility and accommodate our growing client base and portfolio of individual and character properties offered for sale.”

“Under the Fine & Country brand we can offer our clients professional photography and brochures, national advertising in The Sunday Times, The Times and The Telegraph, a dedicated design studio and PR team and a direct route to the London market through the Park Lane showroom,” says Stephen Binder, who has worked at Fine & Country Grantham for five years and has joined the move to the new office.
