Estate agents can now enjoy a year’s free access to challenger portal Homesearch following a deal with no-deposit solution provider Flatfair.

The agreement, which is claimed to be worth £1 million in free subscriptions, means estate agents who sign to the Flatfair lettings platform will get a 12-month subscription to Homesearch thrown in, which would normally cost £155 per branch a month.

The full offer is available to the first 250 branches who sign up to flatfair from today, while the next 750 branches to join flatfair will have 50% of their Homesearch Network subscription paid for 12 months.

estate agentsSam Hunter, COO of Homesearch (left), says, “Part of our long-term mission is to make the property market the best environment for everyone involved, which is why I’m so excited about this partnership.

“It really is a solution that helps not just letting agents, but landlords and renters too.

“After learning more about Flatfair and getting to know their team over the last few months, their vision is clear.

“Like us, they want to champion agents and bring about positive change in our industry, for everyone.

“That’s why it felt like a no-brainer to work together to provide an offer we believe will deliver significant business benefits, as well as a great experience for consumers.”

Simon Scott, Director at Flatfair says: “We recognised early on that Homesearch really do place agents at the heart of everything they do. Our businesses really align in that respect.”
