Fledgling national hybrid estate agency signs up first 12 partners
The Agency UK launched in January initially focussing on SE but its new list of partners are now from the SW, NE and the East Midlands.
A fledgling hybrid estate agency launched in January by three former Purplebricks seniors says it has now signed up 12 regional partners.
Andy Vass, Mark Bruce and Steph Walker were all high-profile members of the Bruce brothers’ hybrid estate agency but at different times left to set up The Agency UK, a similarly-structured network that utilises self-employed partners.
Initially focussing on the South of England, the estate agency trio have now been joined by partners across the UK including Steve Webb in Ventnor, Alexandra Hearn in Brighton/Hove, Christian Tatton and Jon Lawson in Kent and Paul Hillyer in Farnborough.
The others are Tim Giles in Woodbridge/Aldeburgh, Kate Ellis in St Austell (main picture), James Taylor in Newton Abbot/Teignmouth/Chudleigh, Tom Bell in Weymouth, Tom Constable in Bristol and Dominic Randell in Swindon and Zoe Jones in South Liverpool.
The coming weeks will see further Partners launch across the North West and East Midlands.
The Agency UK partners work for themselves and, while having marginal overheads get to keep larger slices of the commission pie than traditional agents while also benefiting from head office style support.
