Do you know how much commission your business is owed by mortgage brokers you’ve referred clients to?
If the answer is no, then a new app has been launched that – along with its introducer portal – enables agents to be given real-time information on all their mortgage referral leads including commission owed and progress.
Built by Bournemouth-based tech firm Introvice, the service is claimed as a first for the estate agency business.
Called My Business Leads, the whole system including its app is free for estate agents to use; it is the financial and mortgage advisers that they refer mortgage leads to who pay for the service, for a fee of £36 a month.
Estate Agents can contact Introvice or recommend the system direct to their existing mortgage advisers and be rewarded with a £50 Amazon voucher for any that join.
Alternatively, they can contact Introvice to find Advisers in their area already using the system.
“We’re really excited to launch a system that works brilliantly for both financial advisers and estate agents,” says its sales director Katie Hartley (pictured).
“The days of relying on spreadsheets and emails is now a thing of the past, which makes it a win-win for all involved.”
Introvice is not the only company trying to recently disrupt the mortgage referral world for agents.
Just before the pandemic began, hybrid firm Agency Online said it would pay mortgage brokers £500 to refer its home selling service, which will be paid out of its average post-completion fees of £775.
