Haart converts Ross

Link to news of the property industry's movers and shakersRugby player Ross McKenzie is the new Area Partner for Haart in Bristol, leading a team of nine Partners in the area.

Ross, 28, is new to the company but has worked for various estate agents during his career, including most recently as Area Manager overseeing many branch locations. His appointment to this senior role follows Haart’s expansion of its Partner scheme which was introduced in response to lockdown. The new way of working sees local agents based at home, backed up by local offices and national infrastructure.

Key to this growth is the development of Property Centres and the branch network which will support the success of the Partner network.

“I’ve worked in both types of agency,” explains Ross. “Our Partner team have the security of employment, but with the autonomy of managing their own time to meet their clients’ needs. Nine to five is gone,” added Ross. “This is today’s world and being flexible to meet clients’ needs is absolutely central to success.”

Ross is currently captain of Welsh Division 2 team, Llanishen RFC.
