haart estate agency boss celebrates promotion

After four years as Branch Manager with Hayes haart Jas Sagoo has just been promoted to Branch Partner. The 40-year-old started with the branch 12 years ago as a trainee.

He said, “I didn’t know I’d be with the same branch for so long, but it’s been brilliant. We are delivering a better level of service than ever and are seeing more and more referrals from past customers who have been really satisfied.”

Branch Partner promotion is awarded when Branch Managers exceed a certain level of income for their office. His advice to anyone starting their career is, “The job is about passion, hard work and adapting to change and you really have to be good at meeting and greeting new people.”

“Properties are very reasonably priced, considering the accessibility to Heathrow and London via the M4, M40 and A40.”

The biggest change in the market is that Hayes will have a Crossrail station in the town. “There is a lot of redevelopment in the town and as London expands we are attracting a new breed of city workers who are happy to commute to the capital.
