Estate agency haart has officially opened its latest Property Centre in Bristol, which is being led by 24-year-old Tom Howell (pictured).

The agency has put these ‘super branches’ at the heart of its plans first announced in July 2020 and previous or planned openings include Aylesbury, London, Birmingham, Plymouth, Wolverhampton and Leeds. It now has 51 of them across the UK.

Each of the haart Property Centres has approximately a dozen staff involved in sales, lettings, finance and administration, managed by an Area Partner and supporting 8-10 home-based sales and lettings staff.

Tom Howell has worked in the industry since he was 17, building his way up from an apprentice to different manager and director roles including roles at Chancellors and Sequence brands in the region.

He has a track record of turning around his previous branches and has the perfect expertise to continue haart’s growth, the company says.

“Growth is so important to me, and I’m so lucky to have progressed so young in my career,” says Howell.

“I would put it all down to hard work and knowledge from others. I hope to pass this on to my team and continue this development as haart’s Bristol Property Centre expands.

His team is currently made up of eight in-house and four home-based Partners who work within Bristol, but the aim is to grow this within a year to a team of over 20.

“Here we have a great estate agent and leader working on the South West’s most diverse and exciting property market – it’s the perfect match.”
