Hello Again… agent instructions on autopilot

Estate agents are having to work harder for new instructions, but while Government research suggests that 80 per cent of purchasers are pleased with the service from the selling agent, few vendors use the same agent when they next sell.

A new digital product helps agents make the most of purchasers, creating lifetime relationships; feeding new instructions into their pipeline as previous purchasers return to the market.

Hello Again is launched by Agent Software, the PropTech provider behind Spectre, a successful auto prospecting system.

Hello Again says if an agent has been selling, on average, 100 properties per year, 36 past purchasers will instruct an agent in the next six months.

Stella Nicol, Head of Product says, “Hello Again aims to prevent an agent from having to generate every new instruction from scratch.”

Agent Software creates bespoke property performance reports – sent to past purchasers on each anniversary of their purchase until they move on.

The property reports display agent-branded content, outlining the market performance of their own property and area, professionally presented with an accompanying letter to illustrate the agent’s dedication, keeping an agent’s brand fresh in the consumer’s mind.

“When surveyed, half the people who bought their property over five years ago, could not even recall the name of the selling agent, says Heather Staff, co-Director of Agent Software.

“Hello Again dramatically increases the chances of the original selling agent being the first port of call when a past buyer decides to move on.” she adds.
