Humberts has launched an internal training academy to provide a training programme for hand picked rising stars in the company. Eight people from Humberts’ 23 offices will participate in the inaugural Academy training programme.
To select the Academy trainees, Humberts Management team reviewed all employees on performance, commitment, attitude, potential and demonstration of company values and behaviours.

The Academy gives us an ongoing framework to commit additional resources to provide tailored coaching and nurture the best of our employees to create the leaders of tomorrow and we are very excited to see the results.”
