Sam Wright imageHumberts, has appointed Sam Wright as Lettings Manager for its new department at its Mayfair branch. Sam joins from Harrods Estates where he was Lettings Manager in its Kensington office.

Humberts Mayfair, which opened in April under the direction of David Adams, has seen an increase in demand for high quality rentals in premium locations across the capital.

Having worked in the industry since 2001, Sam’s expertise lies in prime lettings dealing with properties in some of London’s most desirable postcodes. He says “I am very excited to manage and expand Humberts’ Mayfair’s lettings portfolio as well as deliver exceptional services to landlords and tenants.”

David Adams, Director, says, “We are thrilled that Sam has joined our team enabling us to expand our services across central London. We have seen a large increase in enquiries for rentals from people moving here from abroad as a result of the favourable currency. There’s also been a rise in demand from investors for buy-to-lets.”
