Aspire, the South West London estate agent with six branches, has completed an exercise to revert back to owned-outright status, after operating under a franchise guise since 2003.
The agency group, with branches in Balham, Battersea, Clapham, Fulham Central, Fulham South and Furzedown/Tooting – is now solely owned and managed by Directors Matthew Dabell and Tom Ward.
Aspire’s specialist Development & New Homes department and its large property management division is also part of the new leadership structure. All six branches of Aspire will remain open for business, with the existing teams loyally remaining with the company and providing continuity of care. Aspire currently employs 40 staff across South West London.
“When I co-founded Aspire in 2003, together with Andrew Townend, I wanted to better the all-round property experience for both staff and home movers,” comments Matthew Dabell. “Our network remains united as one but by taking full control together with Tom, we can progress our future plans with clarity, while revisiting the pledges I made when I started the agency.”
