Industry veteran joins DM Hall

Ronnie Colman imageDM Hall has appointed Ronnie Colman as a Property Services consultant based in the firm’s Dunfermline office.

A practicing architect for 15 years, Ronnie has significant experience and wide-ranging contacts throughout Scotland’s legal profession. He worked previously for First Scottish, the legal search, and property service operator which was sold last year to US information services conglomerate Eli Global.

He said, “In addition to dealing with the entire range of legal property enquiries, my new role at DM Hall includes working with my colleagues Mark O’Neil on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Alan Jeffrey, here in the Dunfermline office, on all types of Architectural, Planning and Building Regulation matters.”

DM Hall Partner, Amanda Cameron, Head of Property Services, said, “We welcome Ronnie to the team and look forward greatly to his contribution in assisting our clients with high quality guidance, backed by lengthy expertise and experience”.
