Italy Sotheby’s International Realty, has launched its first office in Sardinia. The new branch is in Porto Cervo, a picturesque seaside resort in the heart of the Costa Smeralda region.
The new office, set in the prominent location of Promenade du Port, will join the company’s well established offices in Milan, Rome, Florence, Como, Turin and Lake Garda, and adds to the brand’s fast growing presence in this part of the world.
Clemente Pignatti Morano, Managing Partner of Italy Sotheby’s International Realty, said, “We are very excited about the opening of the office in Porto Cervo, our first office in Sardinia, which takes place during a very encouraging time for the Italian real estate market. The region has always played host to a dynamic and attractive selection of properties and is perfectly in line with the luxury brand of Sotheby’s International Realty. The last two years has seen a positive trend with plenty of Italian customers returning to Costa Smeralda to purchase property. Moreover, in 2016 over one million properties were sold across the country; this figure has not been seen since 2011, and reveals an increase of nearly 19 per cent in residential sales compared to the previous year.”
