Irwin Mitchell has appointed Jeremy Raj to the newly created role of National Head of Residential Property.
Jeremy, who joined Irwin Mitchell in September as Head of London Residential Property, was previously at Wedlake Bell where he was head of the residential team from 2006 to 2013. He was also an elected board member and one of four practice group leaders with responsibility for the private client, immigration, family and residential property teams. Jeremy regularly handles high-value portfolio acquisitions and residential investments, as well as having strong experience with overseas investors and in high-end London residential property.
Jeremy said, “I am delighted to have accepted the position of National Head of Residential Property. It’s an exciting time both for the firm and for the wider property market with housing at the top of the government’s agenda.”
