JLL appoints Director for Diversity and Inclusion

Claire England imageJLL has appointed Claire England as Director for Diversity and Inclusion. Claire joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, where she headed the Diversity and Inclusion team.

Claire will work with the HR and Sustainability teams and be responsible for the delivery of the firm’s public D&I targets under its Building a Better Tomorrow programme, whilst acting as an ambassador for the D&I activities to help further promote an inclusive culture.

Virginia Rothwell, UK HR Director said, “Diversity and inclusion are core elements of our business strategy and are values that we champion both internally and within the wider property industry. Claire is a leading light in this area with an impressive track record of initiating successful change strategies.”

Claire added, “To achieve an inclusive culture, it is essential to work with the wider business to promote change.
