JLL backs Scottish triathlete twins for bright future

JLL fundraising imageSeventeen year old triathlete twins Jonny and Forbes Jackson have been signed up by property consultancy JLL as official sponsored athletes.

Aspiring to be the next generation’s Brownlee brothers, the Edinburgh twins will be representing GB at junior level this year at European age group championships in Estonia.

At youth level, Jonny was previously Scottish Champion, with his brother Forbes taking bronze.

The sporty pair visited JLL’s Edinburgh office to meet Scotland lead director Alasdair Humphery alongside other JLL staff.

The twins, sixth-year pupils at Stewart’s Melville College in Edinburgh, are planning on studying economics at Durham University later this year.

Jonny said, “It’s a great honour to be recognised and sponsored by JLL. The support is extremely welcome and will help us to invest in better bikes and also be a great help in covering travelling costs all over the UK and Europe for this season.”

Alasdair Humphery added, “Jonny and Forbes are young athletes who have a very bright athletics future ahead of them. We are very proud to be sponsoring the twins as they embark on their exciting journey which will take them around the world. We look forward to celebrating future successes with the boys, and wish them the best of luck in competition this year.”
