JLL builds Glasgow team with new hire

Link to JLL newsJLL Scotland has appointed Louise Bell as senior building surveyor in its consultancy team in Glasgow. Louise joins JLL from GVA where she began her career in 2013. She has worked on high value refurbishment projects in the private and public sector.

An architecture student at Glasgow School of Art, Louise transferred to a building surveying degree for her third year, before graduating in 2013. She passed her APC exams to become a chartered surveyor in 2015.

She joins JLL Glasgow’s building consultancy team, involved in high profile projects including Gatty Marine Laboratory in St Andrews, HP Inc and Diageo.

Mike Buchan, lead director of JLL in Glasgow, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Louise to our Glasgow office. She is a fantastic addition to our team and brings a varied professional background having worked on some significant public sector contracts across Scotland. We look forward to seeing her develop with JLL and achieve ambitions for our clients.”

JLL Scotland currently employs around 120 people across its two offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
