JLL has made three new director level appointments in its prime London lettings team. Andrew Keelan joins as an Associate Director managing the Chelsea lettings office. He joins after seven years at boutique Belgravia estate agency Henry & James. A member of ARLA, he has built a reputation among clients for providing exceptional levels of service and is an informative source on lettings legislation.
Kate Flynn will join as a Director in JLL’s Knightsbridge office, responsible for managing Knightsbridge lettings and overseeing JLL’s Prime Central London lettings division which include offices in Kensington, Chelsea and Nine Elms. Kate joins after 11 years at Bective Leslie Marsh, where she gained full exposure to the lettings business, setting up and running a lettings department covering the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
Phoebe Tye joins as an Associate Director in JLL’s Knightsbridge office, after three years at Savills, where she originally worked as a corporate services consultant in head office before becoming a key lettings negotiator in their Sloane Square office.
