IAM Sold, the provider of outsourced auction services, has made two Director level appointments as part of its expansion plans.
Julian Lavender who joined IAM Sold in 2012, has been promoted to Business Development Director looking after the Midlands and Southern regions. Whilst the Midlands is a well-established area for IAM Sold having launched five years ago, the south is a new challenge. Julian is tasked with growing its presence in the south whilst still maintaining growth in the West Midlands.
Before joining IAM Sold, Julian had experience in both independent and corporate estate agency covering all aspects including sales, lettings, new homes, land and development, and country homes.
David Vine, who also joined IAM Sold in 2012, has been promoted to Business Development Director for the North which includes the North of England, North Wales and Scotland. David’s role is to help IAM Sold’s partner agents to produce the best volume of business in their area whilst also strengthening the network with new agency brands.
Before joining IAM Sold in August 2012, David had previously spent 12 years in the property industry working for estate agents and also as the Northern Business Development Manager for Move with Us.
Jamie Cooke, Managing Director of IAM Sold, says, “We are continuing to invest significantly in our future growth and these promotions are a reflection of that. Both David and Julian have been with IAM Sold for five years and have proven that they are ideally placed to build the business in their respective regions.”
