Knight Frank announces trio of sales and lettings appointments

It’s all change at Knight Frank as its Marylebone and Knightsbridge offices get new Heads of Sales and Southbank welcomes a new Head of Lettings.

A specialist in the prime central London market, Ali’s property career started in 2013 where she was a Senior Negotiator in Marsh and Parsons’ Pimlico branch. In 2016, she joined Knight Frank’s Marylebone office where, for the past five years, she has successfully run and developed the growth of the local offices’ core market sales offering.

Ali will be responsible for continuing to expand the firm’s presence in Marylebone village and driving Knight Frank’s market share locally. She will also be actively maintaining and building upon the strong relationships that Christian has developed since setting up the office in 2008.

Link to news of Movers & ShakersChristian will commence his new role in Knightsbridge on the 1st April 2022, taking over from Stuart Bailey, Head of Prime Sales, London who has successfully led the Knightsbridge team during the interim. In Southbank, Oliver Hepplewhite (right), an Associate within the firm, has been appointed as Head of Lettings.

Oliver has wide-ranging residential lettings experience, much of which has been developed at Knight Frank, having started his career at the firm in the Battersea & Riverside office.
