Global property consultancy Knight Frank has celebrated its bi-annual charitable Day of Giving in which each of the firm’s given markets raise money for a selection of charities.

This year, the chosen good causes were LandAid, Surfers Against Sewage, Hospitality Action, The Felix Project and The Mental Health Foundation.

At Knight Frank’s Global Headquarters, activities included a sports day, pie a Partner, rowing and cycling challenges, as well as some teams walking a marathon along the Thames and climbing the equivalent number of stairs as Mt Everest. These events, and many others, which took place across the firm’s global network have helped raise in excess of £367,000 to date.

As part of Knight Frank’s ongoing 125th year anniversary celebrations, the partnership has also made a significant contribution in recognition of this milestone. Alistair Elliott, Senior Partner & Group Chairman at Knight Frank, said, “For me, last week’s day of giving demonstrated the true spirit of Knight Frank. So many people from across the firm taking time away from their busy days to do some incredible things for great causes. “This year our “Day” of Giving is far from that. Many events began before last week and there is still much planned across the group.”
