An estates and block management firm based in Hampshire has bought the UK master franchise for the global estate agency brand Century 21.
It has been sold to Nicholas Faulkner (main pic), the owner and MD of leasehold property management business Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd.
It is a firm of chartered surveyors specialising in block management and estates management.
The firm manages approximately 21,000 units across the south of England and the Midlands, including private housing estates, blocks of apartments and mixed tenure developments consisting of freehold houses, apartments and commercial units.
The official announcement follows Faulkner completing the acquisition of the business from the SDL Group.
Faulkner says he is keen to expand both the Century 21 UK brand and its footprint in the UK and to support the offices to scale in both lettings and sales.
The brand has a network of 41 agents in the UK at the moment and is part of one of the world’s largest networks of estate agents, with around 10,500 offices and 125,000 sales professionals spanning 86 countries worldwide – although it was originally a US franchised estate agency before developing internationally.
“There are many synergies between estate agency and leasehold management and I’d like to bring this into play between Century 21 UK and Alexander Faulkner Partnership,” says Faulkner.
“I am looking forward to working with franchisees and building the network.”
Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd has an HQ in Fareham, Hampshire (main pic) but also has offices serving other parts of England including Weston-super-Mare (SW), Cobham in Surrey (SE) and a West Midlands office in Birmingham.
