Dacre, Son & Hartley has appointed a new lettings manager for Aireborough and North Leeds. Leah Nanji joins from Linley and Simpson where she was a senior lettings consultant, having worked in the rental sector for four years. She will cover offices in Guiseley, Bramhope, North Leeds and Otley.
Leah says, “In my previous role I managed five team members and was responsible for more than 850 properties. Last year I achieved my ARLA Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management, and I was keen to progress to the next level. The role at Dacres really appealed because I will be looking after a large rental portfolio and helping to grow the firm’s market share.”
Leah reports to Emma Kerrywood, who heads lettings across the firm’s 20 offices. She says, “Leah was the ideal candidate, she has the relevant experience, great interpersonal skills and a real drive to succeed, she is committed to customer service and is an organised and driven professional.”
Emma adds, “Demand for rental property is far outstripping supply in the areas that Leah will be operating in. With so many tenants registered with us wanting to move, we are keen to find more homes to bring to the market, and that is something Leah will focus on straight away.”
