ResCountry – the country offering from LonRes – now lists over 5,000 rural properties with 200 country offices to its network. These include large nationals such as Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker and leading regional independents such as Norfolkbased Sowerbys, South West agents, Luscombe Maye, and Fisher German – whose offices span the country from Hungerford in the South to Chester in the North West.

ResCountry, builds on the success of LonRes, a residential business-to-business platform, that for almost 20 years, has used technology to help London agents do more business. The country offering came in response to the findings of a LonRes agent survey, reporting that 85 per cent of London agents had sellers or landlords looking to buy or rent outside the capital.

Chris Welch, Sales Manager of LonRes, says, “ResCountry is essentially a roll-out of LonRes to the country. Country agents list their properties onto the LonRes platform advertising their stock (and commission splits where they apply) to a private network of 6,000 London estate and buying agents with clients looking to buy or rent. In short, ResCountry takes your clients’ rural properties direct to the heart of the capital.”

ResCountry also incorporates the LonRes Retained Agent Alert, matching properties and agents to buying agent clients. LonRes has over 85% of the Prime Resi Top 50 Buying Agents of 2019, as subscribers.

In addition, newly released LonRes Country Area Overviews mean that agents can access up-to-date analytics on their local market and download reports in their own branding. LonRes Country Area Overviews have been designed specifically as a tool to advise clients and applicants and ultimately help win new business.
