A luxury housing scheme has been earmarked for the pretty Worcestershire village of Feckenham.
Following a six-figure land deal put together by property agents John Truslove, Lockley Homes is set to build six high quality homes on a 0.73-acre site at The Paddocks, Astwood Lane.
It will comprise two two-bed bungalows, two three-bed semidetached and two four-bed detached.
Lockley Homes owner Karl Lockley said a start is expected in 3-4 months, with completion scheduled for the autumn.
Karl says, “These will be quality properties – an exclusive development in what is a highly desirable village, steeped in history. Feckenham is a very sought-after rural community with a traditional village green, shop, two pubs, an abundance of walking and riding routes, and a cricket club, as well as outstanding local schooling.”
Ben Truslove, Director, said, “The opportunity to acquire such an excellent site as this attracted a number of interested parties. We achieved the vendor’s asking price which was very pleasing and Lockley Homes is a local developer, renowned for its exacting standards and attention to detail.”
