Circulation details and Publisher’s Statement

The Negotiator magazine mails out to 20,000 office address each month. The majority of the addresses are supplied to Propertydrum Ltd by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) under licence. Although the The Negotiator magazine is independent of any association or professional body, including TPO, it helps to promote the professional code of practice set out by TPO.

Propertydrum Ltd verifies its circulation by proving how many magazines we print and mail out. Our verification is the publication of our printing invoice for our latest magazine, which shows the amounts printed. We also publish our mailing invoices which show the actual number of magazines posted out by Royal Mail and other carriers. We use third parties for our print and mailing and our current suppliers are Pensord and Intermedia Solutions, respectively. We’ve deleted the prices from the invoices as this is confidential.

This is done in the interests of transparency for The Negotiator’s advertisers and as an alternative to ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulations) audit. As an alternative it is a simple, open and honest way to verify current circulation. ABC figures are based on distribution figures recorded historically and can be up to two years out of date and so are no guarantee to advertisers in those publications, of current circulation figures.

The majority of our magazine recipients subscribe to The Property Ombudsman scheme and the mailing list is regularly updated. We mail to the principals and decision-makers of each member business. This, in itself, is a guarantee of the quality of our mailing list.

We trust our advertisers and potential advertisers are reassured that The Negotiator magazine reaches the audience we promise. At 20,000 addresses, that audience is effectively the entire estate and letting agency market in the UK.
