Upmarket estate agency Strutt & Parker has revealed a major reorganisation of the leadership team running its 50-branch business across the UK.

The French-owned estate agency says Kate Eales (main pic, left), who has headed up its lettings business for the past seven and a half years and its regional operations for the past four years, has been moved to become its Deputy Head of Residential, reporting to Guy Robinson.

In a statement, the agency says Eales has been “instrumental in building the strength of the Strutt & Parker brand and its people, as well as driving forward the regional network of offices through a changing marketplace”.

New roles

Following her promotion,  three new roles have been created to cover off her previous operational responsibilities.

James Gow (main pic, right) becomes Head of London Sales where he will oversee the sales teams for Strutt & Parker’s nine Prime Central London locations.

Gow has been with Strutt & Parker for over 16 years, and was a founding member of the firm’s Kensington office.

He is highly regarded in the industry for his considerable experience acting on behalf of charities, institutions and family offices as well as a significant number of private clients.

Marsh & Parsons

Anna Ambrose (centre) has been appointed National Head of Lettings. She brings with her 18-years’ experience within the sector, including 14 at Marsh & Parsons.

Robinson (pictured) says: “This fantastic trio of new appointments strengthens our offer of innovative real estate solutions at a local, national and international level to our clients.

“Kate, James, and Anna are all forward thinking leaders, who understand the new challenges of an ever-changing market but with the all-important ability and instinct to identify new opportunities in the face of that change.”
