Making a mark at Parkmans

South Wales estate and letting agent, Parkmans, has taken on a dedicated marketing exec to meet the increasing demand and help speed up the advertising of available properties.

Emily Davies, from Ebbw Vale, has joined the firm in this newly created position to ensure properties for sale and rent are marketed effectively as soon as possible online, to keep up with the desire from buyers and tenants to move fast.

Charlotte Burles Corbett, Managing Director of Parkmans, said: “We have been inundated with people contacting us looking to move since we came out of lockdown…We cannot put the new properties we have for sale and rent online fast enough. In fact, we don’t have enough properties to meet demand at the moment. Everyone, it seems, is looking for their next home, whether it is rented or to buy, to have a garden, preferably be in a rural setting and have office space!”

Emily, based at Parkmans’ Blackwood office, added, “I’m delighted to be given this opportunity to work with the experienced team at Parkmans. Being able to help customers find their next dream home is the most rewarding part of the job.”
