Marsh & Parsons CEO steps down

Peter Rollings imageAfter 11 successful years as CEO of Marsh & Parsons, Peter Rollings has stepped down. Peter will act as a Marsh & Parsons brand ambassador for two years.

His successor is David Brown, who has been with LSL for 24 years, lately he has run LSLi which has nine estate agency brands with 58 offices in London and South East England. Peter’s stewardship of Marsh & Parsons has taken it from seven under-performing offices in 2005 to a market leading business with 25 offices across London. With a 10-fold increase in revenues it has enjoyed expansion into a much broader geographic footprint in the London market.

Peter said, “This was not a decision I have taken lightly however I have been CEO for 17 years straight and frankly I want to step out of the fast lane and be on cruise control for a while, to take time out with my family and recharge my batteries before taking up any fresh challenge. Marsh & Parsons is in great shape and I am leaving the business on a high, confident that the management team can continue to even greater things.”

Ian Crabb, Group CEO of LSL said, “Peter has made a substantial contribution to the growth of the business and, since LSL’s acquisition of Marsh & Parsons in 2011, Peter has successfully expanded the business, the team and its iconic brand across London. On behalf of the LSL Board, I thank Peter for his substantial contribution to Marsh & Parsons.”
