Scottish football won a vote of confidence from McEwan Fraser Legal which aims to become the sport’s biggest commercial sponsor.
The Negotiator Award winning estate agency and legal firm has agreed a sponsorship deal with Motherwell Football Club to complement existing agreements with Dundee United and Inverness Caledonian Thistle. They say there’s a resurgence of interest in Scottish football following a period of financial decline and the relegation of several big clubs including Hibs which was previously sponsored by the firm. Ken McEwan, (left) Chief Executive of McEwan Fraser Legal said, “Scottish football is getting stronger all the time. We believe it has a great future and we want to be part of that.
“Associating McEwan Fraser Legal with Scottish football is a labour of love but it’s also a hard headed business decision. The Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football league are powerful brands with big followings. The clubs really like our brand as we appeal to families and go out our way to connect the fans. We involve the fans in almost all sponsorship initiatives.”
