Suffolk Negotiator Awards winner branches out

New office is part of Sudbury company's expansion plans

The Negotiator

Best Estates Sudbury imageAfter their recent success winning ‘New Agency of the Year’ at The Negotiator Awards, Best Estates has opened their third office in Sudbury.

The building has recently undergone a comprehensive restoration, resulting in another beautiful office showcasing Best Estates properties.

The full restoration has taken eight months and includes three floors of office space, including meeting and team social rooms.

The building is steeped in history and was, for many years, run by Seppings the butchers. Best Estates have also put on display the Seppings butcher facia signs in the meeting room  as they were so beautiful they had to remain on display.

Director Alex Tarry says, “The concept at the heart of the renovation, was the Best Estates welcome. All our visitors will be offered a coffee or soft drink, and an opportunity to talk with our enthusiastic team about their property needs. At Best Estates, gone are the days of sitting across a desk from each other, we are all about round tables and open discussions’.

The team will be managed by Tristan Desmarais who has over 15 years experience as a London estate agent. He will be supported by April Macaskill, born and raised in Sudbury who has fantastic knowledge of the local area. Director Matthew Piercy said, “A key focus for all our offices was getting the right team that understood our vision and values for the business. We are delighted to have both Tristan and April on board and cannot wait to get started.”
