New MD for LSLi

Greg Young imageGreg Young, Managing Director of Intercounty Estate Agents, has been promoted to Managing Director of LSLi with immediate effect.

LSLi which, as part LSL Property Services plc, provides growth, development and exit opportunities for independent estate and letting agents currently has nine estate agency brands under its banner, including Intercounty and operates from 65 offices in and around Greater London and the Home Counties.

Greg was an original founder of Intercounty, the first business acquired by LSLi in 2007 and since then, as its Managing Director, has developed the agency across Essex and Hertfordshire. For the last three years Greg has also been part of the LSLi Operating Board with specific responsibility for its estate agency brands JNP, Frosts and Lawlors.

The news follows the departure of David Brown who became CEO of sister company Marsh & Parsons (M&P) following the retirement of Peter Rollings.

Greg said, “I am obviously pleased to take on this new position and see this as a perfect opportunity to build on the knowledge and experiences I have, not only, of managing an established LSL estate agency brand but also of developing the LSLi proposition.”
