Build-to-rent Owner-operator Atlas Residential, has appointed Dominic Martin as Director of Operations. He will oversee the expansion of Atlas’ UK management and operations business, which now includes managing apartment communities for institutional investors in addition to its own principally owned assets.

Dominic’s career also includes employment with EC Harris, CBRE and Drivers Jonas, and he sits on the Investment Property Forum (IPF) Special Interest Group focusing on residential investment, the British Property Federation (BPF) Build to Rent sub-committee, and is Chair of the UK Apartment Association’s (UKAA) Policy Committee.
Martin says, “It is an exciting time to join Atlas, as we are reaching a tipping point in the evolution of the PRS, where more schemes are coming onto the market and the Government has pledged its clearest support yet for Build to Rent in its housing white paper.”
Jonathon Ivory, Atlas Residential Managing Director added, “Dominic has accumulated great expertise in the Build to Rent sector and he has the potential to add significant value to our business. His appointment will be a key factor in shaping the future of Atlas Residential in the UK, and helping us bring to the British market a product that represents excellent standards of service for our customers.”
