Alto integrates with AI to provide ‘warmer leads’ to agents
Estate agents will receive a list of qualified applicants and their appointments in their Alto diary every morning, ensuring they never miss a potential booking.
Cloud-based software system Alto has integrated with Bridge AI – a system designed to streamline communication with applicants through their preferred channels like WhatsApp or email and identifying qualified applicants while automatically scheduling them for viewings.
This takes place 24/7, enabling agents to make the most of warm leads – even if they come through outside of standard working hours and over the weekend.
TAILORED QUESTIONS
The software also uses tailored questions such as ‘How much is your income’ and ‘Do you have any pets’ to gauge the suitability and interest of an applicant towards a particular property.
These questions can be tailored to match the requirements of each estate agency – while all communication to applicants is also personalised.
If an applicant has any questions, such as what is Council Tax band of a particular property, Bridge AI can also answer these using the property details on Alto. If this information isn’t available – Bridge AI will prompt the agency to contact the applicant to provide additional details.
Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, Alto Chief Operating Officer, says: “Without a doubt, AI provides wide-ranging opportunities for agents to drive efficiencies in their day-to-day working lives.
“We’re excited to partner with Bridge AI to provide a truly innovative and time-saving solution for our customers.”
MANAGE INQUIRIES
And Laith Bani Slamh, Chief Executive and Founder at Bridge AI, adds: “Bridge AI offers estate agencies the capability to manage applicant inquiries until property viewings.
“This allows agents to focus on viewings the next morning, eliminating the need to spend hours screening applicants or attempting to contact them.
“Alto’s customers will now have access to the latest AI real estate technology, marking a significant advancement in the industry.”
The Neg revealed in September how Alto had partnered with Just Move In, the home set-up service provider to enable users to provide their customers (vendors, buyers or renters) a free home moving service.
