Belvoir brands get online boost

The property franchise group, Belvoir, has launched four new websites in recent months, including the Northwood, Newton Fallowell and Lovelle brands.

Franchisees within the Belvoir Group are welcoming a massive boost to website traffic following the successful launch of new fully responsive websites for four brands within the network.

Belvoir, Northwood, Newton Fallowell and Lovelle all have new online shop windows that aim to deliver lots of new business through the physical doors of its franchisees. Nicholas Humphreys, a 21-office franchise network acquired by the Belvoir Group in April 2021, is due to be the next brand to benefit from a new website, developed by the marketing team at Belvoir Central Office.

“Belvoir believes strongly in investing in IT and marketing initiatives that will benefit our franchisees and enhance data security, so the development of new websites for our brands has been a priority during the past year,” said Belvoir CEO, Dorian Gonsalves (pictured).

“The team first started working on this project during the first lockdown of March 2020, and the first new website to launch was Newton Fallowell’s in August, followed by Lovelle in September, and Northwood in November.”

He added: “Belvoir has heavily invested in Google Ad words and SEO, as well as 24/7 managed live chat. Review of our monthly analytics reports show that year-on-year website traffic and engagement statistics are way up following the launch of these new websites, which were all paid for centrally.

“Feedback from franchisees has been very positive. I would like to congratulate everyone involved in the success of this huge project, which is already paying dividends by driving more business to offices within the Belvoir Group, demonstrating the enormous benefits that being part of the Group can provide.”
