DezRez to launch ‘belt and braces’ property management platform today
After four years in the making, the software firm says it will offer agents a standalone but DezRez compatible property management capability.
Property software giant Dezrez is to launch its new property management platform ReziPM tomorrow at a virtual event.
The company’s Head of Product Ross Withers tells The Negotiator that although the company’s other products have lettings capability, many Dezrez customers have been asking for a full property management platform as well.
“Our customers have been using other products that require them to log in and out of different platforms as they switch from one to the other, but now agents can do it all through one log-in whether its sales, let-only or full property management.”
ReziPM is the results of five years of planning and enables agents to manage their properties, accounts, tenancies, landlords, tenants and even contractors all in one place.
Competitor edge
“Although the upcoming launch is about getting the basics right for our customers, we’ve got some exciting innovations planned that are really going to move the industry forward and give our customers an edge over their competitors,” says Withers.
ReziPM is designed to give SME estate agencies the sort of ‘belt and braces’ automation software that usually only large firms have access to.
And Dezrez’s existing estate agent software – Rezi – uses the same data as ReziPM, so there will be no need for current users to re-enter data. As soon as a managed property is instructed, it becomes available to manage in ReziPM.
The company is to launch the new product at a mini proptech show to be held tomorrow running from 9am until 6pm with speakers including representatives from Kerfuffle, Landmark, Sprift and ViewMyChain.
