Estate agency Propertynest rolls out franchise operation

Opportunities are now available for experienced agents looking to make their next move throughout England, the company says.

Leeds-based estate agent Propertynest is rolling out its franchise proposition after the launch of two successful businesses launched in Surrey led to an extra cash injection from private investors.

The success of the firm’s Godalming and Elmbridge branches has spurred Propertynest to offer the same opportunity those looking to start their own sales and/or lettings business.

We have built our model around giving our clients the best possible experience.”

Propertynest managing director and founder Vincent Anthony says: “Since starting the business in 2007, we have built our model around giving our clients the best possible experience, with customer service and quality at the heart of everything we do.

DEDICATION

“Through hard work and dedication this has helped us to build a strong client base over time. Our brilliant team of people are each passionate about the service they deliver.

“The proven marketing, lead generation and operating system we have developed, which includes both bespoke and market leading software applications are fully integrated, providing an ultra-efficient back office and marketing platform.

“This means our agents can grow their businesses more easily, be fully supported, and can spend more quality time with their clients on an individual basis, with continued focus on building long-term relationships and local presence.”

DRAGONS’ DEN

Now extra investment has also cemented plans for the franchise expansion.

Anthony told The Neg: “Securing the investment was very similar to being on Dragons’ Den – just with higher numbers and me being under the spotlight. It was certainly nerve-wracking.”

He adds: “Two existing franchisees are already trading successfully using our tech and platform and working under the umbrella of our award-winning brand.  There is now the chance for the right candidates to join our team to create their own sales and/or letting agency as we expand across England.”

Propertynest’s Elmbridge franchisee Doug Parks set up his franchised agency in Surrey in the summer of 2020.

He says: “Starting out on my own during COVID presented a few challenges! However, two years on and I’ve had a super successful summer. I was able to invoice £54,575 net commissions in August alone!  I’ve been impressed with the tech, training and back-up that Propertynest provides, and it has really helped me move ahead to create my own successful business.”
