Payne Associates’ New Homes & Land Director

Payne Associates, which has four branches in the Coventry area, has recruited Julie Hyde, who spent 25 years at the Hunters Group, starting as a Negotiator in 1991 and progressing to Sales Manager in 1995 before becoming a Director in 2014.

Julie said, “It is a fantastic opportunity to lead the first land and new homes department at Payne Associates. I built a substantial new homes department for Hunters and there is a lot of potential in Coventry. I focus on dealing with landowners, sourcing land and carrying out market appraisals.

“There is a great deal of investment in the Coventry area which was apparent from the delegation at MIPIM at Cannes.

“We aim to create new homes on small to mid-sized developments. I focus on selling off-plan rather than waiting until properties are built.”
