Planning consent has been awarded for the construction of 18 new homes on the site of Manchester City’s former home, Maine Road, as the developer behind the scheme edges closer to its ultimate goal of seeing hundreds of homes built on the site.
The Maine Place is Prospect Homes’ flagship development and on eventual completion, will provide a new community of more than 350 homes.
After completion the site will see a mixture of terraces, detached and semi-detached properties all offering three bedroom accommodation built for sale on the open market.
The design for the homes will be in line with those already built on the site as part of the previous phases at Maine Place.
