Savills’ former financial services arm SPF Private Clients has integrated its in-house CRM into Zoopla’s Yourkeys’ proptech sales process platform via a strategic partnership.

SPF, which was acquired from Savills via a management buyout in 2011, specialises in providing mortgage, protection and insurance products to wealthy clients looking to purchase resales and newbuild properties.
Yourkeys is a proptech platform that claims to be the first to take the entire property sales process online including onboarding and sales progression for the resales market, and reservation to completion for the newbuild sector.

Now, Yourkeys is been fully integrated into SPF’s bespoke Pivotal CRM system enabling buyers to be pre-qualified for a mortgage by SPF before being plugged into the proptech platform.

This enables all the players in a property purchase including brokers, agents, developers and conveyancers to see the progress of a sale.

james rodeaJames Rodea (pictured), COO of SPF Private Clients, says: ‘I am delighted to announce our strategic partnership with Yourkeys. Our focus is always on the client journey and enabling a seamless flow of information in order to make the property-buying process as seamless as possible.’

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, CEO of Yourkeys, adds: “Our ambition is to create greater transparency for all stakeholders through the entire purchase and conveyancing progress, including for brokers. Our integration with SPF Private Clients is another step on this journey.”

Yourkeys was acquired by Zoopla at the end of April for an undisclosed sum.

It has 25 housebuilder and estate agent clients including JLL, Hill, London Square, Bewley, Davidsons, and Gleeson.
