As part of its ongoing recruitment drive announced last year, Connells Group will be offering over 100 aspiring property apprentices the opportunity to take roles in residential sales and lettings across its Connells and Sequence brands

The UK’s largest estate agency wants to expand the industry’s talent pool in response to its continued growth and the buoyant property market and provide people with the opportunity to ‘earn while they learn’.

Matthew Creswell, Connells Group Head of Recruitment, says: “Connells Group has always been a people business that prides itself on its talented members that help to drive its success, so naturally we’re always looking to add to our ranks.

“These apprenticeships enable us to offer more opportunities to job seekers, with real development, long-term progression and structured learning at the heart of the programme. As the Group continues to expand, grow market share and innovate in the property sector, this is the perfect time to join us and become part of an exciting new chapter for our business.”

Connells Group is working with two training providers, HIT and Lifetime, to offer a wide choice of varied roles across its branch network to property apprentices, as well as providing in-house support through its training and development team.

Caroline Richings, Group Estate Agency Training Director, says: “Our people are at the heart of what we do and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse, forward-thinking, innovative business, offering young people at the beginning of their journey a defined career structure with support from our team every step of the way.

“We have a great deal to offer apprentices joining our Group, including a thorough induction programme, coaching support and an assigned training & development specialist working alongside line managers to help and guide them along the way. With our unrivalled support system, our on-going training programmes, and specialist knowledge, these apprentices can become the stars of the future. I’d urge anyone thinking of kick-starting their career in the industry to get in touch and join the team as part of the UK’s leading estate agency.”
