Propertymark’s Chair doubles up with conveyancing role

Link to news of the property industry's movers and shakersNicky Heathcote, Propertymark’s Interim Executive Chair, has also stepped into the role of Non-Executive Chair for The Conveyancing Association.

A well-respected figure, Nicky has over 30 years’ experience in the public sector and holds several complimentary roles including, Chair of the PCCB Compliance Committee within the Code of Property Search Organisations (COPSO) and Ambassador for NedonBoard.

Nicky has been with Propertymark since 2018, starting as a non-executive director before progressing into her current role in 2020. She has been instrumental in formulating and implementing a new strategy which has put full focus on members, as well as dedicating her time to enhancing stakeholder relationships.

Nicky said: “I am looking forward to adding The Conveyancing Association into my portfolio of non-executive positions.

“This will give me a broader view of the housing market, and Propertymark will be well placed to benefit from my new knowledge and experience.”
