Prospect restarts construction
Construction teams have returned to work at Prospect Homes sites.
The company has resi building sites across the North West including Rose Gardens and Greenfields in Clitheroe, The Ridings in Longridge and Hall Drive Park in Alsager.
Martin Caldwell, head of construction at Prospect Homes, said, “We closed our sites as a precautionary measure five weeks ago and have been working behind the scenes to ensure staff can make a safe return to work. There are restrictions on the number of people on site at any one time and additional hand washing and sanitising stations, plus we will be carrying out cleaning more frequently.”
Prospect has introduced online reservations and for a limited time is waiving the reservation fee.
