Redbrik, the Sheffield and Chesterfield-based agency, has seen a significant increase in viewings confirmed online since partnering with Street.co.uk six months ago.

The 120 per cent uplift and 44 per cent increase in applicant feedback submitted online is being credited to the used of the next-generation estate agency software and CRM.

Both improvements have provided significant efficiencies to Redbrik and a more streamlined digital experience for its clients.

Mark Ross, Managing Director of Redbrik, commented: “At Redbrik, we’re committed to delivering the best and most relevant service for our clients and looking for tools to solve problems within the industry, both now and in the future. Evolving our practices and the software we use is critical to the success of Redbrik and our clients.

“The Street platform allows us to significantly improve our customer experience, enhancing our service offering into the digital, on-demand age. Our team’s feedback, and more importantly, our clients, has been incredible. We feel like Street is giving us a significant competitive advantage.”

Redbrik is focused on delivering an enhanced service and creating deeper, more meaningful connections with clients which was also the motivation behind pioneering a new concept of combining agency with coffee shops.

Heather Staff, Co-Founder of the Manchester-based Street Group, said, “I truly believe that agents are the most underserved customers in this industry. Our view is that we work for agents, innovating through technology where others aren’t and asking agents what they need to grow their business. Working with agents as innovative as Redbrik means the platform is advancing at an incredible speed.”
