In a bid to save time and maximise the value of each lead, regional powerhouse, Gascoigne Halman, has rolled out the LeadPro marketing platform to its 22 office network across South Manchester and the High Peak area.
LeadPro claims to help estate agents win more instructions and grow market share by using a marketing platform that includes an online valuation tool, portal lead responder, on demand telephony prospector, social media marketing service and online management dashboard.
The platform replaces the agent’s email inbox so that all leads can be managed in one place.
Commenting on the roll out, John Halman, Managing Director of Gascoigne Halman said: “We spend so much with the portals on leads, we need to make sure we’re getting the maximum value from each of them.”
LeadPro software has been developed in partnership with leading agents over the last five years to provide an intuitive and easy to use platform designed for winning new business and growing market share whilst monitoring high level KPIs.
The platform is already used by more than 1,000 estate agents, including LSL PLC (Reeds Rains & Your Move), Winkworth and Fine & Country. In 2020 alone it generated 97,437 valuation leads.
Back in January, the proptech firm grew its own market share through the acquisition of its rival, ProVal.
