Kempsters Estate Agents was founded in 1990 in the heart of Grays, Essex. From here we cover the whole of the Thurrock region.
Our local market did experience a fall in demand for property during 2017, largely due to the changes to stamp duty for investors and Brexit. We were averaging around 14 viewings on each property during the first two weeks of marketing early in the year which then dropped to around six viewings as the year progressed. Our sales figures however, were largely unaffected and the demand was still strong enough to achieve a sale on most of our properties. Although this year is young we are pleased at the level of valuations, listings and viewings and are confident that the market remains strong.
Kempsters is extremely well staffed by mature local people, many who have served the company for a number of years and gained invaluable experience in all aspects of the property market. All of our loyal staff genuinely love and care about their work and enjoy contributing to our excellent reputation for honesty and professionalism with a friendly approach. In addition to our ‘old school’ levels of customer service we are always keen to use the latest innovations and technology available in the industry.

Seymours Woking is the flagship office in the Seymours network.
