A game-changing landlord leads service for letting agents has landed a major coup after signing up the entire 160-ranch network of the Leaders Romans Group.
This includes all its four brands including Leaders, Romans, Scott Fraser, Outlook Property and Moginie James.
Rentround, which already has Belvoir, Accommodation.co.uk and Century21 signed up to its service, connects landlords with letting agents by offering the opportunity to compare agent fees, services, locations, and regulatory affiliations.
Landlord use its website to canvass local agents near to their properties and see which ones offer the best service as voted by other landlords, and also see ‘best offers’ on price.
It had 300 agents when it launched in 2019 and was charging £30 a month to agents to receive leads from three postcodes. But in some areas it is offering them a free supply of landlord leads if they try out the service.
Founder Raj Dosanjh (pictured) says: “Already we’re seeing a large proportion of landlords using our comparison selecting the brands as their agent.
“The Leaders Romans branches in Bristol, Manchester and Kenilworth in particular are proving popular with landlords.
“Adding the group to our platform continues our strategy of adding the best letting agents to our platform, widening the selection of agents we show to landlords.”
Rentround says it is also joining the fray within the overall estate agent comparison market and will be launching a service to compete with GetAgent and NetAnAgent next month.
“The growth into that market is an obvious step for us, which we’re expediting because of the demand from our agents,” he says.
