Romans’ new senior roles

Nigel Deller imageThe Romans Group has devised a new role with the task of sourcing opportunities for all areas of the growing business, with the appointment of Nigel Deller, a specialist Business Development Consultant.

Nigel joins Romans after being involved in the residential property market across Berkshire and North Hampshire since 1976, in estate agency and in sourcing land for the development of new builds, and the conversion of commercial and redundant farm buildings.

Working closely with Romans’ land and auctions teams, Nigel will use Romans’ diverse framework of property services to source leads for potential land development, auction lots with regards to probate, letting investment and mixed use, and find new letting acquisitions.

As well as working closely with the auctions, new homes, surveying, and lettings divisions, Nigel will be liaising with Romans’ network of 27 local branches, and networking with professional contacts to achieve similar goals.

The new role follows the successful merger of Meldrum Salter Edgley (MSE) into the Romans Group in June 2015. Peter had previously been a Partner and Head of Residential Sales at MSE and is a wellrecognised face in the Guildford property market.

As well as Guildford, his experience covers a broad area including Surrey, The Thames Valley and South West London where he has been involved in the sale of land and property for over 33 years.

Working with Romans’ Land and New Homes teams, Peter will source leads for potential land development, including auction lots with regards to  probate, in addition to advising clients selling property locally.
