Savills has promoted 48 of its UK residential estate agency staff during its annual ‘mass promotions’ exercise following a bumper year for its estate agency arm.
For 2022 it has promoted 19 staff to Associate status, 20 to Associate Director level and ten to Director.
All hail from a variety of different housing markets across the UK, although all share one thing in common – upmarket homes for sale and to let ranging from Esher to Winchester.
The promotions are part of its company-wide effort to recognise star employees and they include 116 people in total across all its divisions.
As well as residential, these include building and project management, business space, Central London and International, property management, leisure and trading, capital markets, newbuild sales, rural and UK investment.
Savills is the only estate agency to announce promotions in such a public way, with most other agencies only revealing senior promotions and hires.
