After nearly three years of secrecy around its launch new CRM Street.co.uk is to unveil its offering to a packed webinar that will include – so far – over 1,000 independent and corporate agents from small to large as well as its tech partners, competitors and even Boomin.

“We’ve thrown this meeting open to anyone as we believe that its benefits should be there for everyone to see, whoever they are – we’ve been talking to many of the key industry players too,” says co-founder Heather Staff.

Street will offer a new way to communicate with clients and those within the sales progression chain through either its website or soon-to-be launched app, but full details are not going to be released until tomorrow at 3pm.

Spectre siblings

Street is being launched by Heather and her brother Thomson, who are best known in the industry for their other platform, instruction lead generation tool Spectre.

Heather tells The Negotiator that although Spectre has been a significant success and will continue as a standalone business, she and her brother saw the improvements that could be made to the way agents interact with their customers and other players within the sales progression game.

Their team has now built a new estate agency software ‘from the ground up’ that will enable agents to escape the legacy system problems that many agents encounter. Street will help agents to manage the entire property sales process and help them sell more homes, faster.

Estate agents, who until now have had to sign NDAs to see the platform, can now sign up to join the webinar here.
